Legs is equipped with two laboratories designed to control the correct functioning of all production processes.  In order to achieve the best quality of our yarns, we have implemented a series of procedures on the successive stages of production – from setting the optimal technological parameters on our machines to systematic analyses of the products.
Both laboratories are equipped with all the necessary control and measuring devices.  In quality assessment we use very severe norms.  There is a monitoring system which enables a speedy reaction to any production irregularities.  At our customers’ request we design non-standard projects and technologies as well as perform tests on samples provided by the customers.

The laboratories are also in charge of the hygienic standards of our yarns.  All yarns produced by Legs comply with the highest ecological standards which means they can be safely used for children’s and infants’ clothing (Öko-Tex Standard 100).
