VARIO F 3000 M

VARIO F 3000 M is a POSITIVE FEED device designed to improve quality when processing bare and covered elastan from 11 dtex to over 156 dtex, as well as texturised and non-texturised Nylon and a wide range of other yarn types.

The yarn tension may be adjusted from 0,5 to 12 grams or 2 to 30 grams, with a tolerance of no more than +/- 0,1 gram (valid for fine titers up to 44 dtex).

VARIO F 3000 has an inbuilt "REAL-TIME-DISPLAY" which accurately displays the delivered yarn-tension.  With the VARIO F 3000 M you are able to process yarn packages of every size and form. The yarn is fed to the VARIO F 3000 M in défilé or from the side.

The adjusted yarn-tension remains stable, even when the bobbins are old or defective.  Yarn tension peaks or troughs caused by defective or old yarn packages, will be filtered by VARIO F 3000 M, enabling you to use up all yarn on the packages, thereby reducing yarn costs.

This way you can produce the highest quality product without any loss of production.
